In addition to being a team sponsor, Michael Bielski is the head coach of the Jackhammers (7 and 8 year old Coach-Pitch team), the head coach of the Sharks (5 year old Lil' Tees team), and an active umpire in the league. The Bolingbrook Tee-Ball Association is a volunteer operated non-profit organization that provides instructional baseball programs for children 5, 6, 7 and 8 years of age.
